1. My ability to work under pressure, leadership skills and my positive attitude.

2. I believe I am actually not weak in any area, but I have to improve my attitude of trying to do too much. For an example: Blah blah blah..

3. No, but the the key to handle it is to understand the customers' situation and being professional all the time.

4. Good customer service means the abilities to make the customers' satisfaction as their priority and being able to overcome any situation wisely to reflect the airlines' symbol of warmth, grace and courteous. Bad customer service means they don't understand or care enough of the customers' hospitality and handle situations by showing their temper.

do we consider we could pull the cart?

There have been series of questions similar to

– Can we hoop descent passengers. How would we understanding with them.

– Have we finished this pursuit before?Which airline were we related with

- Why do we wish to stick upon a airline?

– Why do we wish to do a pursuit of air-hostess?

– Have we taken communication
or denunciation courses?

– Do we have any thought about airplanes? Or what do we know about airplanes. How do they fly, (not quite commander expertise, though ubiquitous information)

– How would we begin an announcement?
– How would we hail unfamiliar passengers

They will cruise your personality, looks, figure, as well as behavior. So concentration upon these issues. If we have been beautiful, your chances have been high.

because i've got a passion towards this profession moreover
working in new teams everytime and dealing with new people
is realy gonna be exciting .and i dont want to work 9 to
5,and in this job there is no monotony of work.
