Folder Remove Problem

I downloaded a H4ckingWorlD_HacK_SuiTe V1.0 thing to see or its relly working etc..
After I extracted I can't acces the folder :
And when I want to delete the folder, I get this error :
Can someone tell me how I can remove the folder, I rebooted my PC already twice it doesn't help.
Scanned with NOD32, it doesn't found anything ...weird ...
