STEP 1: Select Start > Run then type 'regedit'
STEP 2: Locate the following registry...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\
Control\SessionManager\MemoryManagement\PrefetchParameters
STEP 3: Make sure you make a backup of the key before editing.
STEP 4: On the EnablePrefetcher value, change the setting from 3 to 5 (decimal).
STEP 5: Close the registry editor.
STEP 6: Restart your computer.
