How To Stop The Falshing MSN
When someone Messages you on MSN and it flashes Orange On your Start Bar.
All you should have to do...
1. Tools > options > Alerts and Sounds.
2. Untick Display alerts when message is recieved > click Apply > click OK.
3. Then restart your msn.
