I accidently updated the Sims 3 (a pirated version that I downloaded from this site) and of course now I can't play it. The only option I see is to reinstall it, but I don't want to lose my saved games. Where the saved games are located? "The Sims 3\Game\Bin\Gameplay" looks like it, but I am not sure
You can find your saves in "My documents\Electronic Arts\Sims 3\Saves"
Copy them to another folder and get on with your work.
