Download an addon for firefox called Noscript 2.03

Download an addon for firefox called CPA Blocker 1.3

Now you can visit any site download content from any site without any fear of getting those disturbing surveys.

When we download CPA Blocker it says that it is blocked by adminstrator what to do please help.
