LogonUI.exe/SETUPAPI.dll Windows 7 error

I wasn’t able to login into my system and the safe mode also
doesn’t work. I was getting below error:
LogonUI.exe : The program can't start because SETUPAPI.dllI Googled and find below solution:
is missing from your computer. try re-installing
to fix the error.
1. Copy the DLL from another Windows7 PC (use a flash drive)
2. Use system restore (Start > All Programs > Accessories
> System Tools > System restore)
3. Insert a Windows7 disc, Click on the start menu and in
the search box type cmd, Then right click it and pick "Run as
administrator" then type the
following and hit enter:
sfc /scannow
It will copy back the file from the disc.

I have just done an export and sbo
worked out the conversion rates for each bucket and i find them very similar. IE as a % site speed isn't making a difference to conversionsboasia
