Tony Hawk's Underground PC, Problems!

When I attempted to start the game the splash screen came up and I could here the background music and sound fx's from the menu but I had no video just a black screen.
I've also tried running the game in compatibility mode for XP and ME but still the same problem occurs. I've also attempted to run it in a window using DXWnd with the DirectX 9 settings and the game doesn't window it just comes up with a black screen like always.
Then i have updated my NVIDIA graphic drivers and after that it works like charm.
Make sure you have your graphic drivers up-to-date.
