I have a HP Server that generated over 1000 errors. I have a HP Proliant Server.

Drives:279GB Hitachi HP LOGICAL VOLUME SCSI Disk Device (RAID)

Storage Controllers:ARECA (X86-64-SCSIPORT) SAS RAID HOST Adapter (RAID6-ENGINE Inside) (Note: has arcm_a64.sys driver)

Sounds like a defective RAID controller, bad drives, old firmware and/or drivers. Start with updating firmware first.

Its hardware problem. Contact your hardware vendor and perform complete hardware diagnostic for your server.
