Wrong disk size

Hi,

Something strange is going on with my pc and I can not see why. I have a ssd drive 220 Gb, supposedly only has 21 GB free. However when running FolderSize indicates to me that I have only occupied 150 gb.

best regards

Attached Example file

This space is supposedly occupied by some protected files such as system snapshots or backup (if it is Lenovo machine).
Download a tool called Treeview or Windirstat and check the drive with it. Must be run as administrator as well.
Then you will see where the space is.
In System Properties disable shadow copies and remove old ones.

No, don't run it as admin, the admin account may not access all folders, run it as system account instead using psexec.

Psexec -s -i foldersize.exe

The system account will see all data.

run foldersize as an admin and you will see the space that is used that you are currently not seeing

No, you won't for reasons given just before :)
