Cannot access Windows 7 shares from Windows XP

Hi there,

We have Windows XP workstations that cannot access Windows 7 shares, they don't even get the window that show all of the shares. Every time we try to access the Windows 7 shares through \workstation7name, we get this error:
\workstation7name is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The specified server cannot perform the requested operation.

We don't have this problem with other Windows 7 workstations, only this specific one. Any ideas on what we can change/configure to allow this Windows 7 to display its shares to Windows XP workstation?

Thanks,
- Christian

On the Windows 7 station, check that
Control PanelNetwork and InternetNetwork and Sharing CenterAdvanced sharing settings

"Turn on network discovery" is ON.

Are you in a domain or workgroup?
