iexplore.exe *32 process high memory

Hello,

I have a Windows machine and it's running slow. I noticed two iexplore.exe*32 running high memory utilization. I am running Malwarebytes and no detection as of yet still running Heuristic Analysis very slow. I also noticed at times that winword.exe sometimes pops up with high memory utilization. How can I check this process? I am remoted into this system just a FYI. I have also tried ending explore.exe *32 and it just comes right back.

You rebooted, logged on, and IE is already running?

Also 70 MB for IE is not at all out of range.

Perhaps scan for viruses if your system is slow and if (as the prior post is asking) IE is starting by itself.

To my knowledge having two instances of IE in the task manager is normal as that is how many cores it is using.
Chrome uses 4 cores on my system' IE uses two.
Do you have a quad core or dual core?
task manager one page with chrome and one page with IE

I scan and no viruses.

FYI: Windows 7 Professional SP1
Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5800 @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz, Installed memory (RAM) 2.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit Operating System
Cleanup to free up to 8.63 GB of disk space. Windows Update Cleanup (8.58GB)

Should I add more RAM?

"Should I add more RAM? " <-- Yes. 4 GB is minimum and 8 GB is preferable.
