In your case, you would perform this tasks:

Memtest + Driver verifier

If you want to be 100% sure that your OS (and maybe a driver) could be the cause of death, you may try to isolate the problem (software/driver problem from hardware) resetting your OS to the fabric state....

1. Perform a full backup of your Win 7 using Veeam Endpoint Backup in a USB/Network device:
http://go.veeam.com/endpoint

http://anoopcnair.com/2014/12/18/create-recovery-media-restore-laptop-data-veeam-free-endpoint/

2. Recover the OS from the HP Recovery Partition and see if the problem is still alive.....

If yes, you have successfully found an hardware problem in your machine...

Let me know your thoughts...

You have a PFN_list_corrupt with a bug check 4e.

Normally a driver issue. Update your drivers. It's also a good thing to do a memtest like previous mentioned to check for fysical memory related issues.

You can find good method to troubleshoot in the following microsoft forum:http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-system/windows-7-keeps-shutting-down-pfn-list-corrupt/94ace3a7-ec44-4615-b24e-6bbfabfe6add

it says also : SCComm.exe, which is known as SmartCop Antivirus, it also has the following name SCComm or and it is developed by Avsoft Technologies , it is also developed by Malwarebytes Corporation .

http://processchecker.com/file/SCComm.exe.html

so - if you have that AV - or MBAM installed - try uninstalling it
