Which is the best way to backup a windows 7 computer?

I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012 domain network with 60 Windows 7 workstations that I need to backup; I have a Symantec Backup Exec 2012 with DLO but its really a mess and I never couldn't get it to work, so, what is the best way to backup windows 7 computers and schedule it? Windows 7 Backup tool is an option but it has the issue that, when a backup couldn't be done, it propones the next backup task for the next schedule, that means if a laptop is not in the office the day the backup is scheduled, it will try to backup until the next month (considering a monthly backup schedule).

Thanks!

Try a simple tool for backup: Backup & Recovery from Paragon: http://www.paragon-software.com/de/home/brh/
They have a free version of it as well.

The problem you mention with windows backup can be overcome, simply modify the task to run after a missed instance - it is optional.

Paragon Free is great for personal use, but for a business environment with multiple computers I'd recommend Paragon's business products, or Acronis True Image. They have a number of solutions tailored for your requirements:

With 60 machines it won't be cheap, so you may wish to stick with Microsoft's offering. You could ensure that your data files are continually backed up using cloud services or a product like SyncBack:

McKnife, I can't see the option you have mentioned, may you tell the steps to find it?

Thanks.

noxcho:
I have downloaded the Paragon Partition Manager™ 2014 Free version but the "Backup & Restore" tab appears disable (grey) and if I click on "Unlock disabled features" it takes me to buy.

Thanks.
